You will be directed to a calendar/form to register your booking.

Discovery Meeting

This is where we look at want you want to achieve, and this can take anything from 20 to 40 minutes. This consultation is an extremly important part of our work together.

Therapy Session

Through a focused meditation, you will enter a relaxed state of the mind, in which you are in control and able to understand the cause of your issue. You will create new beliefs and habits, that enable you to be the person you want to be.

Transformational Audio

You will be given a transformational recording which is completely personal to you. This gives your mind the suggestions you need to upgrade to new supportive beliefs which are in line with what you want from your life. You will listen to this recording for at least 21 days. 

Follow Up and Support

There is an option of up to 12 weeks follow up and support by email and phone to ensure you are getting the maximum benefit from your therapy session. This shall match the Program outline and the fee structure.

Frequently Asked Questions


Each Rapid Transformational Therapy® session lasts between 90 minutes to 2 hours. For that reason, I ask you to block 2.5 hours in your calendar to make sure you’re not rushed.


The experience feels different for different people. Don’t expect to feel ‘hypnotised’. Some people feel a floating sensation, some do not. Others may feel sleepy, some do not. Most people feel relaxed and at ease. What’s most important is to know that how you feel isn’t an indicator of how effective it is. Regardless of what it feels like – it’s working.


No! That’s an old tale. You are in control the whole time. We will have a normal conversation. You can agree and disagree during the whole session, you control everything. You can talk, move your body, get a tissue, even get up and leave to go to the bathroom. If it is a remote session and our call gets disconnected, you may drift into sleep if you’re really relaxed, but eventually you’ll notice that you’re not hearing my voice anymore and open your eyes.


Hypnosis is just a natural state of relaxation, like before falling asleep. It is like daydreaming and you may or may not notice going deeper into that natural state when it is suggested to you. We think we have never done it before although we do it every day. Hypnosis is not magic – it’s science! It works just by getting into the different brainwave state that is the same as when you’re in REM-state. That is what allows you to access the subconscious mind. It’s very easy and anyone can do it, you’ll see for yourself when you do it too!


Don’t worry about how deep you go. I want you to forget all about that. It’s really not important. The depth of trance is not linked to results at all. So don’t get stuck on “Am I deep enough?” Important is that you relax and just surrender to the thought that it will absolutely work. Just know that it is effective.


What makes RTT® amazing is that even if you think you know the reason, you see it in a COMPLETELY new way. That is what allows you to change the meaning you attached to an experience and ultimately, change your beliefs. And for many clients they go back to scenes that are totally different than what they expected. Just relax and trust that your subconscious mind will show you exactly what you need to see.


If you go back to scenes from your life that are related to things like abuse, or other trauma, it’s important to know that you are not reliving that scene, you are simply reviewing it from a safe perspective, like on a TV screen. YOU are safe. I am with you, I will guide you and create a safe space for you to express your emotion and heal – you’ll be OK.


There are 3 types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy® – every person is different: a) Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away – immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours right in the session. b) Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time. c) Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life.


RTT® is designed to give you a powerful breakthrough and create big changes in your life. Some clients may need more sessions on a particular issue, depending on how deep it is, and what else comes up. Some clients want to keep doing sessions to work on other areas of their life. For both these reasons I offer different packages.

I had an RTT session with Wendy on emotional eating, what came up was that I had a belief that I was wrong and I’m grateful for feeling traumatised. That was what was blocking my healing and the block has now been lifted,so I can heal with emotional eating. The session itself was a very pleasant experience.

Wendy showed great interest in me and I just got a lovely, caring vibe from her. I loved that she stayed in touch and always let me know, that she was willing to offer more help if necessary.

I also loved that she helped me understand certain things that are slowing my healing down,even the understanding that, consciously helped me a lot. I’m still listening to the recording I’m definitely in a very deep process of rebalance reconnecting with myself and healing. Overall, I’m doing very well this time. I’m just needing to give myself more time, as my mind and body adapts to and processes the new reality that my thought process has changed.

I keep thinking I’m a non-smoker. I breeze with ease words from my recording and suddenly my tongue and body started rejecting the cigarettes. I started to decrease in the number of cigarettes. Then, I experienced a complete rejection of cigarettes — physically and psychologically. I still experience cravings and feeling of discomfort, but now when I crave I drink water instead of thinking of ways to substitute cigarettes. When discomfort arises when I work from home, an easy few stretches of my body seems to work well for me at work. I sometimes sit out in the sun is a comforting pleasant way of dealing with my discomfor. Thank you again for checking in on me every day in every way. I’m getting better and better and better.
