  • I would die if I had to give a speech. (The picture you created for your mind to see is: you dying on stage! Your mind needs to protect you and will not put you in that position. So, It will do whatever ever it can, to stop you going on stage. Such as excessive sweating, stomach pains, a migraine, a panic attack. Your words “I will die, “is not something you want and certainty it wont happen just by you giving a speech.)
